Encouraging Words for Friday

Theme for the Week: Living the Promise

"Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in Heaven give good things to them that ask Him?" (Matthew 7:9-11)

† Thought for the Day †
“We know that we tend to take great care of those who are valuable to us. Then think of how much more care God is able to give to those who are valuable to Him” (Loaded With Benefits, Page 28).

Prayer for the Week
Lord God, we pray that You will help us to let our requests be made unto You in all things with thanksgiving. We thank you Father that your peace which surpasses all understanding will keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

To God be the Glory!!!

Amen.
Memory scripture for the Week
Philippians 4:6-7 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

† Thought for the Day †
“From the Scriptures, it is evident that those who fight against God's people do so in vain. They have lost even before the battle begins” (Loaded With Benefits, Page 27).

Encouraging Words for Wednesday

Theme for the Week: Living the Promise

"O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him. O fear the LORD, ye His saints: for there is no want to them that fear Him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing" (Psalm 34:8-10).

† Thought for the Day †

“We serve a loving God Who cares about every step that we take in this journey here on earth. We serve a wise God Who knows all about us. We serve a powerful God, Who is able to do all. There is nothing too hard for Him. We serve an ever-present God Who will not leave us or forsake us. We serve a faithful God Who is ever present and will keep His promise to us. He is indeed our All-in-All” (Loaded With Benefits, Page 25).
